Who processes your data

Bafco OÜ, registration code 11212357, is responsible for the Glass Brick website and handling enquiries. For personal data questions, contact info@glassbrick.ee.

Enquiries and orders

Contact buttons open your email application or chosen service. We receive only information you send: your email address, name, phone number, message and project materials. We use it to respond, prepare a quotation and fulfil your order. For quotation requests and orders, the legal basis is taking steps before a contract and performing it; for other business enquiries, our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence. Accounting records are kept to meet legal obligations.

Calculator and website

The calculator runs in your browser: entered dimensions are not stored on a server or sent to us automatically. You can email the prepared text yourself. The site has no contact form, advertising trackers or connected Google Analytics. The hosting provider may process your IP address and technical request information to deliver pages and maintain security, based on the legitimate interest in operating the website.

Retention

We keep correspondence that does not lead to an order for up to 12 months after the last substantive message, then delete it. Order data is kept as necessary to fulfil the order, handle warranty matters and protect legal rights; accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Hosting logs follow the provider’s retention rules. Backups are refreshed according to the relevant service’s cycle.

Services and data sharing

We use Google Workspace for email and Cloudflare for hosting. These providers may process data when supplying their services; information needed to deliver an order may be shared with the carrier. We do not sell personal data or use correspondence for marketing emails without separate consent. Processing outside the European Economic Area uses safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Further information is available by contacting us.

Your rights

We respect your personal data rights under Estonian and European Union law. Where applicable, you can access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to it or request data portability. Contact info@glassbrick.ee. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority; in Estonia, this is Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.
